Description

We are looking for a Data Science Manager that can manage creative programming and database execution for data preparation, analysis, visualization & model deployments. The ideal candidate will build custom workflows to help analysts uncover new trends in the consumer market. Working hand-in-hand with project teams, IT and business intelligence teams, the ideal candidate will develop creative solutions that will meet the needs of a growing research data infrastructure.

Description:

• Working directly with the Director of Data Science & internal Stakeholders, ideal candidate will create solutions for analyzing, transforming, and innovating the brand.

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze data accuracy.

• Work closely with the IT department to provide a secure and efficient infrastructure for researchers.

• Provide expertise and hands-on training for data tools such as DataRobot, SnowFlake & Domo.

• Being in the know of new tools to implement onto the team to continually strive to improve research team performance

• Perform additional tasks as requests and needed for the growth of the team.

Requirements

• Three to five years of hands-on experience with database management.

• REQUIRED: Statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ,, C, C++, JavaScript ETC.

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (DataRobot, SnowFlake & Domo)

• Extreme attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to meet deadlines.
